In 2013, he moved to Dubai and began his career in real estate. His professional journey includes working with some of the largest developers and brokerages in the UAE, such as Damac, Asteco, Savills, Al Fahim Group and ELRE, where he acquired in-depth knowledge of project development and the regulations governing the industry.

Askar’s career also includes significant commercial work in Abu Dhabi, enabling him to compare the markets and legal frameworks of different emirates, including Dubai. His passion for working with investors is driven by his ability to devise strategies for generating substantial returns. He focuses on finding fast-profit opportunities for his clients, many of whom have enjoyed long-term partnerships with him, boasting impressive buying-selling records with significant premiums.
